Know Which
Searches Become
Revenue.

Lead analytics connects each lead to where it came from and what it became, so your monthly report shows leads, booked appointments, show-ups and won jobs by source, not just traffic.

We set up the tracking once, compare every number with last month and with day 1, and tell you plainly where the numbers stop being reliable.

Reports That Stop at the Click.

Traffic reports say how many people came. They rarely say how many called, booked, showed up or paid.

  • Calls nobody countsPhone enquiries are invisible because there is no call tracking.
  • Forms without a sourceLeads arrive in an inbox with no record of the page or search behind them.
  • No link to revenueNobody records which leads became jobs, so marketing is judged on clicks.
  • No starting pointWithout a day 1 baseline, “better” is a feeling rather than a number.

Where It Sits in the Engine

Measure runs underneath all five steps. It is how we decide what to fix next: low leads means fix pages and offers; low bookings means fix follow-up; low closes means look at the call and the offer.

What the Tracking Setup Includes

Enough measurement to answer business questions, and no more.

GA4 Conversion Events

Every form, call button and booking counted in Google Analytics 4.

Call and Form Tracking

Calls and form submissions tied to the page and source they came from.

GoHighLevel Source Tags

Each lead tagged with its source: Google organic, AI search, Google Business Profile, direct or referral.

A Pipeline That Records Outcomes

New, Contacted, Qualified, Booked, Showed, Won or Lost, kept current in GoHighLevel.

A Revenue Estimate

Won jobs multiplied by your average job value, using the figures you give us. Labelled as an estimate.

A Monthly Report and Call

A short report or dashboard link plus a 15-minute call. Every number compared with last month and with day 1.

How the Analytics Work Runs

Tracking goes in first, so everything after it can be judged.

  1. 01Weeks 1 to 2Tracking setup

GA4, call tracking, form tracking and the GoHighLevel pipeline, tested with marked test leads.

  2. 02Week 2Day 1 baseline

The starting numbers are recorded so later months have something honest to compare with.

  3. 03MonthlyReport and call

Results, speed, sources, website, visibility, work done and three priorities for next month.

  4. 04Day 90Quarter review

Leads, bookings and revenue compared with day 1, and a plan for the next quarter.

Attribution has limits. Where a source is uncertain, the report says so.

The Monthly Report, Section by Section

A sample of the structure. No client numbers are shown.

Sample report structure only. Real reports contain your numbers, compared with last month and day 1.

  1. Results: leads, booked appointments, show-ups, won jobs, estimated revenue (GHL pipeline).
  2. Speed: average first reply time and the share of leads answered within 5 minutes (GHL).
  3. Where leads came from: Google organic, AI search, Google Business Profile, direct, referral (GA4 and GHL tags).
  4. Website, visibility, work done and next month’s three priorities.

Before We
Get Started.

The practical questions, answered.

Count what the business counts.
Is This Full Marketing Attribution?

No. A source tag records where a lead came from; it does not prove which touch caused the sale. We report sources clearly and flag where a number is uncertain.

Can You Track Traffic From AI Search?

Partly. Some AI tools pass a referrer that shows up in GA4; many answers never send a click. We report AI referral visits and manual answer checks separately and do not call either a complete picture.

Do We Need Call Tracking?

If phone calls matter to your business, yes. Without it, the leads most likely to book are the ones you cannot see.

Where Does the Revenue Figure Come From?

From your pipeline and the average job value and close rate you give us. It is labelled as an estimate in every report.

What About Privacy and Cookies?

Tracking is set up to match your privacy and cookie notices, and consent requirements are reviewed for the markets you serve before launch.
