What we text you about

• Confirmations and reminders for calls you book with us, and a message to rebook if you miss one.
• Replies to questions you send us by form, chat or text.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Most people get a few messages in the days after they request an audit or book a call.

How to stop or get help
